Justice Health and Forensic Mental Health Network Scholarship for the UNSW Masters of Forensic Mental Health (MFMH) Program

Continuation of the Scholarship is conditional upon successful completion of coursework requirements each term. Fees will not be reimbursed for courses not successfully completed. Each claim for reimbursement must be lodged within three months of course completion. There is a time limit of three years from award date to complete the program under the Scholarship.

Reimbursement Process

To claim the Justice Health scholarship following successful completion of a course, recipients must present:

• UNSW fee statement or invoice for the relevant term; and
• a completed Expense Reimbursement (ER1) form.

Pre-filled details on the provided ER1 template are indicative only; course code, term, and claim amount must be amended as necessary. Please ensure that all personal details and course details at Sections 1, 2, 4, and 5 of this form are correct; an electronic signature is acceptable. Students should not provide Section 3 or supervisor details (Section 5).

These documents must be provided to fmh@unsw.edu.au to be processed.

Any further instructions (including the ER1 form, if required) will be provided to the student via this mailbox upon request.
